The Biggest Thanks

Hello all, yesterday evening my hard drive failed and it looked very doubtful I would retrieve any backups
I had one of the most stressful days of my life thinking that I might of lost years of work put into my websites
It did not look good and was told only a few websites could be saved, to say the least I was very upset.

This evening I tried one of my main websites to find it was working
I feeling that I had was fantastic and I would just like to say the biggest thanks to Kieran who helped get the first websites back up and running and a huge
thanks to Phillip for getting my main sites back online! you must be gifted! if there is such thing as Karma you have a lot of it coming your way.
Really appreciate your effort trying your best to retrieve the last few sites.

Hello just an update to day WHUK have now managed to get all my websites from the faulty hard drive over to the New one and everything is as it was.
I have learnt a huge lessons about back up`s so today I have already started backing everything up.
I almost lost years of work so I cannot thanks WHUK enough and especially Kieran and Phillip for their expertise.

Thank you for the honest feedback. I have just gone through your ticket, Kieran & Philip have done excellent work in restoring the data from the Old HDD. Please verify the data and if there's anything left out please update the ticket, we would try to restore the remaining data. I would also suggest you to opt for our R1Soft backup plans, it's always safe to have a copy of such important data on a different server. The data can be quickly restored from our R1Soft backup server onto the live server. I would strictly recommend you to think about our backup solution. If you have any question, please feel free to contact us.
