Just wanted to drop in and mention Shawn.
He was absolutely terrific. So helpful and friendly. I had a problem setting up a new website and after being handed over to Shawn it took only a few minutes before I knew exactly where I had gone wrong. He has the patience of a saint, and he was a delight to work with as we (he!) resolved the issue for me.
A fantastic service and fantastic support staff.
