Diego dealt with query superbly today. I had no idea what my issue was to begin with, whether it was Wordpress or hosting related. Diego spent a good half an hour looking into it, I even created him an account at one point to get into one of the blogs. My issue was resolved and my customers will hopefully be happy again!
