    It's amazing, but it's the truth .. support of you do not want to work and does not solve problems .. is best to hire other employees or lose customers.

    I requested a new link to access the statistics of my site "valorbaixo.com" and the clerk tells me that there is no direct link, to access and that I should enter the statistics in Plesk.

    I proved there is direct link, because I sent my old link I had

    Samson: There is no direct link , you can access it only through plesk panel

    Sam R has updated the Ticket : GMA-320-37062. Please reply to that email to get this sorted.

      Hello Jean,

      Before you came on the Live chat, Sam R was already working on your issue and later he found that the version of Plesk which is installed on your server does not support the direct link option to check the website stats due to some bugs in Plesk which was informed to you by Samson on the chat.

      Please let us know if we can update the version of Plesk on your server. You can reply to the same ticket - GMA-320-37062.
