  • Offline Payment

    Hey, are there any offline payment methods which I can use to make payment for an account? I do not have a secure payment gateway and so won't prefer to do an online payment.

    Welcome to the forum.

    I'm afraid to inform you that there is no offline payment method to accept payment. We accept payments through online credit cards and Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). We also accept payments through payment gateways like Google Checkout, Paypal, Moneybookers & Bank Transfer. Kindly refer to the following link for Bank transfer detais

      By offline methods do you mean direct cash, money transfers and checks? I guess that should be possible..

        Yes, could be by one of the above options that you mentioned. However, would this result into a delay for my service to be initiated until you receive the payment at your end?

          Hi Emma,

          Bank transfer can take about 24 hours, though if you are overseas and making the payment from anywhere outside UK, it make take 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in our account. Though as a part of our customer service, we allow our customers to produce a scanned receipt of the transaction. Once received we'd start with the setup process.

          Referring back to the OP., where are you located? The reason I ask is because you've said that you don't have a secure gateway.

            Cheque Payment Only

            In case if a person based in U.K wants to make payment using only cheque
            Then the Cheque has to be made in favor of "WEBHOSTING UK COM LIMITED"
            Send the Cheque to the postal address of our registered office

            For further details you may get in touch with the billing team by creating a ticket or come on live chat or call us.
            We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any queries you may have.
