How Do I use TCP for VoIP?

Can you please tell me, How do I use TCP for VoIP. Is there any disadvantage of using TCP for VoIP.

VoIP ( Voice over internal protocol ) is a combination of both voice as well as data communication. Usually we use UDP for VoIP, if we use TCP for VoIP then it may cause delay because of the acknowledgment behavior of TCP protocol.

The TCP isn't suitable for VoIP by adding some further new protocols for the applications like voice and video.
