setting up xmb?

Not sure if this script (xmb forum) is allowed on the server i'm using? I've had issues with password reset scripts in the past, so I wondered if its possible to make an XMB forum with this host?

I have gone through your Billing Account. XMB forum can be hosted on the hosting plan you have with us. XMB forum does not require any special permissions and is a simple forum software based on PHP due to which it can be hosted on all our hosting plans and servers
