    Uuuugh... where to begin...

When did you last perform scans with your Anti-Virus and Anti-spyware/malware software?

Most common culprit is an infected file called webcpl.dll containing a Downloader.GRG trojan

ahh.. Yes, AVG is the most popular and widely used antivirus which is free to use ( Paid subscription is also available )
You can even try Avast which is also a better option and is updated very frequently.

Another fine suggestion, also worth taking a look over at the Symantec website (aka Norton Antivirus) tucked away in the downloads section are dozens of free removal tools.

PS: if you get 'this page cannot be displayed' come up when trying to visit the Norton antivirus site, or any other AV provider for that matter then congratulations because you have the 'conficker virus' as well.
