it takes around 2 hours for the vps to be set up.
any longer than that, then get in touch with live support

Definitely, you would be getting answers for all your hosting related question here on forum feel free to post them.

You should get login details for your VPS within 4 hours once your order is verified and payment is update in our billing system.
