Q. How will you transfer my existing UK domain?

If you wish to transfer a UK tld to our hosting then you will need to contact your existing domain registrar and ask them to change the IPS tag of your UK domain and point it to “ENOM” once the tag has been changed you can then signup for the hosting package and during signup select the option “I want to transfer my domain to WEBHOSTING UK COM LIMITED”. Once you signup with us and your payments get verified, we will initiate the transfer request for your UK domain to get it transferred to our hosting. This transfer process would take 24-36 hours for completion.

Q. Can I host two different websites using one account?

Ans: Yes, you can host two different websites using one account but for that you have to create an add-on domain, when you want to host 2 different site under same hosting plan (ex: cPanel hosting) you will have to use an add-on domain.This domain would be under main domain. You can add unlimited email account to your domain through cPanel.

Q. How will you transfer my existing registered domain name to your host?

Ans :- For transferring your registered domain all you need to do is choose the option “Transfer my existing domain name” at the time of signup and we will take care of initiating transfer request for your domain name. If you have a UK tld (.co.uk, .org.uk, .uk.com, .uk.net, .uk.me) then you will need to ask your existing Domain registrar / hosting company to retag your domain name and point the IPS Tags to “ENOM”. We will accept your domain name in our registry once the IPS tags point to our Tag.
