Ans: Yes, you can collect credit card payments on your website hosted on any of our servers. We do not provide merchant services, so you need to contact a company like PayPal / 2checkout / worldpay / authorize.net to provide these services.
We suggest you to have SSL certificate on your website, as it ensures secured online transactions where you can do online business without any fear or doubt.

Q. Can I do financial transaction from my site? Is there a secure way a customer can pay online ?

Ans :- Yes, you can sell products from your site for this we provide you with shopping carts facility. We provide many shopping carts free with our hosting service and you can use any of the shopping carts to sell your products.

To use these shopping carts you need to login into your cPanel and use the option Fantastico where you have many preinstalled scripts which include shopping cart and others.
We recommend 2 payment gateways i.e., 2checkout and Paypal and these 2 gateways are more than sufficient to get started with your online store.

Also we recommend that you have a SSL certificate installed for your website (secure website) if your clients will pay online to avoid any theft of the credit card details or any other financial details getting into wrong hands.

Ans: We don’t accept payments through egold money. We accept payments only through VISA affiliated Credit Cards or PayPal.

Q. I have no Visa Card, but the payment can be done with a Visa Card of a friend as I did in the past, can this be done that way ? I’ll pay him the fees over here afterwards ?

Ans: If you wish to pay from his card then you will need to put his name in the billing information section of our signup form. We will change the details to yours once the billing system accepts the payment & your account is setup.
