Do you have a recent ticket number for this issue? I did locate one ticket regarding a similar issue but that was replied and closed in December- Ticket ID ZJS-148-14024.
Kindly confirm that's the one you're referring to, I will reopen the ticket and assign it to a Senior tech right away then.
