DNP Problems yet again

I would really like an explanation as to why the service from the DNP machines has been so poor recently. At least 5 times a day my websites are unavailable and when they are response times are dreadful. There is nothing at all on the status pages about this, you ask live chat what the problem is and you get a standard "our admins are working on it", does anyone know what is going on?
