Please can someone tell me when the IMAP server will be back online. Chat don't seem to know - they just say it will be back on as soon as possible. This morning they said it will be today but today is very nearly over !!

Still down - if chat had been honest with me yesterday I could have made alternative plans. I needed to get into the emails to answer a customers questions. Had Chat been honest and said it would not be up yesterday then I could have had someone go into the office look at the emails (the IMAP is just backup for when I am working from home).

I put up with inconvenience, as a women it is second nature, what I cannot put up with is not being told the truth.

Can someone truthfully tell me when it will be up and running and why it has failed yet again after all the promises of "this will never happen again" - I have the transcripts
