nopCommerce

hi, have downloaded and compiled nopCommerce v 1.6 (1 below the current latest) which requires .net 3.5 and a min of sql-server 2005 .... can anyone tell me if the windows hosting package premium should support all the technologies required to a run a site based on nopCommerce?
any pitfalls i should know of? anyone else use the nopCommerce open source solution as a template for their site?

All our Windows Servers fulfill your requirements. We have installed Ms SQL 2005 and ASP.net 3.5 on most of our servers. We have also installed Ms SQL 2008 and ASP.net 4 on some of our new servers.

"NOPCOMMERCE" is a third party application and hence you need to take care of the installation. However, we will assist you if you face any problem with it. Hi Chris,

One of the Windows Shared plans will be absolutely fine to run nopCommerce. The installation isn't any hard. In case you need any server side help, like setting correct permissions for the files, you can contact the technical support team at anytime.

I can say, the servers support the system requirements mentioned by nopCommerce.

Can I also suggest trying Presta Shop
For me, I could not get Nop Commerce really going, but Presta Shop seemed a lot easier for me.
