Need help for the Backup solution

Can anyone would like to help me. How to choice the best backupd solultion for your website In getting best backup solution we should use as a hosting provider where we sell shared hosting as well as a semi dedicated web hosting account.

If illgo with the shared hosting backup plans, that should be in such a way that if anything goes wrong then we should be up in 3-4 hrs instead of setting up manually everything..

where as in dedicated hosting data is important, configuration (IIS/Apache, Mail Accounts etc..) is not so important. it can be done manually...
