Hi

I have planed to go with the reseller website hosting for my self . Where some space will be used by my self and some i am going to resell. I wanted to know whether MS-SQL Database is included in the reseller web hosting package ?

We offer MS-SQL 2005 Enterprise edition as Standard with our Windows Reseller plans while MS-SQL 2008 Enterprise edition is offered at a additonal price.

Can I have both MS-SQL 2005 Enterprise and MS-SQL 2008 Enterprise edition in a single Reseller package ?

Yes, both MS-SQL 2005 Enterprise and MS-SQL 2008 Enterprise can be provided on a single Reseller package. But as we offer MS-SQL 2008 Enterprise at a additional price, so you will need to pay those additional charges also.

Is there a size limit on each database that we create in the package or is there a limit on the total number of databased which can be created ?

Generally databases on Shared Hosting does not require large space. So we have set a maximum limit of 400 MB on each database you create which is enough. Your single database cannot exceed 400 MB. But there is no limit on databases which can be created. So you can create multiple databases of 400 MB each until you have enough space left in your Hosting account.

IMO running any one database could be MS-SQL 2005 Enterprise and MS-SQL 2008 would be more preferable as i have faced a huge table data value copying issue which the technical team had sorted. As some times it happens that the data value clashes in between, so i make sure that we use only one of the database option with the best preferred service
