Default What is ASP.NET hosting?

I have been listening about ASP.NET hosting since a long time. currently I am operating my website on a Windows based platform. I wanted to know what benefits I would get if I host my website on ASP.NET hosting plan?

ASP.NET hosting plan is based on the Windows operating system; it comprises of the following benefits:
  • The best of Windows hosting plans to host your websites
  • Capacity to create multiple email accounts and databases
  • Support offered to server side scripts - ASP, ASP.NET, PHP, Perl, ASP.NET Ajax extensions and XML.
  • Database support - MSSQL 2005, MSSQL 2008 (optional), MySQL, MS ACCESS, ODBC and PhpMyAdmin.
  • You can also transfer your existing Windows Plesk / DotNetPanel Websites to us FREE of charge

ASP.NET hosting is a very efficient form of hosting that will perfectly support your business operations. If you could let me know the specifications you are looking for, I can provide with a better solution.

ASP.NET is a part of the Microsoft .NET Framework and is a full featured programming language, which helps to bulid amazing web applications.
The major advantage being the amount of code required to build large applications has drastically reduced.

ASP.NET hosting plan looks good to me. I am looking for a plan based on a monthly billing plan with a 200 MB web space and I would also like to host my sub-domains.

Another thing to look into when comparing ASP.NET hosting companies (especially with shared hosting) is what trust level they run. The configured "trust level" indicates how "sandboxes" your code is and what all you can and can not do within the hosting environment.
