Dedicated server load balancing help

Hi,

I was wondering to buy a dedicated server, the data center of the hosting provider should be in UK where as that to should be optimization the stuff in such a way that the sever can easily handle the server load. As i to thought to buy a dedicated server hosting package , is it possible to go ahead with any other option which could be much better than the dedicated one ?

So what all of your would like to suggest me.
