What is the Best Crawl Frequency to be set (while uploading an sitemap) so that Google bots visit your website to crawl your website for optimum performance.

According to what I have read about it, keeping the Crawl Frequency Normal is the best thing you can do as increasing the Crawl Frequency does not give any sort of benefit.

Well, for a website/blog which gets updated very frequently can be set for High Crawl Frequency so that whenever there's any update on the blog it will get crawled instantly and hence will improve indexing process for a normal website it's advised to keep it normal since when Google Bots crawls your website it may affect website speed/performance moreover the Google crawl rate can also be affected by your server response time hence for if you set High Crawl Frequency make sure you host your website on high performance server/hosting package.
