new to Web and Email domain

Hi

Im looking for a hosting company, cheap, to setup a private web site, with a new domain that I intend to purchase for 2 years, I also want to have emails with this, such as name @newdomain.co.uk, not email forwarding, so it needs to be pop3 and smtp...I have had a look around and the costs seem a bit high for someone who just wants it for private use; can you all on here help with suggestions for the best deals....the web space is not needed to be large at the time as we are only starting in this field, mainly for personal use (not business etc....cheers for all suggestions to come
