RSA and DSA keys any idea regarding

I was getting messed up few days back regarding making a keys and I saw that I could use RSA and DSA algorithms. Does anyone know what the difference is between the two?

I would like to let you know a small part about this one. Where as the DSA is better for security. You might want to consider speed in to the equation when you decide what you want to use. For example DSA is slower when it comes to verifying. RSA is used for encryption and also used for signing where DSA is only used for signing. However it is actually much faster when talking about signing.
