website help : Cant upload website

Hi to all,

i use Mac, and have created a website using dreamwever, but i cant seem to upload it using file zilla, i have used this before and had no problems could some one help plz.

Hi Thomas,

On checking your account I see that your domain is not yet resolving to our server.
If you are using cPanel user name and password to connect FTP account then it will not work as we have disabled default FTP account on all cPanel shared hosting for security reasons.

I have created new FTP account for you and have sent FTP login credentials to your registered email address with us.

If you still face any problem connecting to FTP then you can also contact us on 24x7 live chat, or reply to the email that I have sent you for FTP details.
