Backscatter

I am currently having massive backscatter issues.

I am using MailEnable on Windows and the VPS support team are offering nothing in the way of assistance other than saying words to the effect of "you have a problem mate"

Can anyone offer any assistance on how to reduce this problem? Basically my IP is getting banned from everywhere and I dont know how to stop it..

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Ben, we've updated your ticket with the exact details & the fixes. The mail server has been upgraded to the latest as well, which is more secure & will further help encounter spam.
