Reseller Hosting help !

Is there anything bad that could come from having two reseller hosting accounts (and sites) that point to the same company? I am wondering if its possible to do this without any issues coming back to haunt me later.

Well, that's not a problem at all. You can have two Reseller hosting plans and point them to different sites which are actually Operated by the same company. However, you should make sure that you keep both of them independent when it comes to customers and the revenue they generate. You should operate them in such a manner that they seem to be different and at the same time offer good quality services to your customers irrespective of the site they are a customer of

I am curios to know why will someone need 2 reseller accounts? Will both of them be with separate names and not linked?

I am sorry, these reseller things are new to me. Does having two reseller account just mean that you purchase two reseller packages? If that's the case, it would be possible that you will need more than a reseller account when you get more clients and need more bandwidth and space than a reseller package provides.

Yeah, two reseller account means that you order two reseller packages.
Well, if you need more resources then you can just upgrade your reseller package to next higher level or can even go with VPS/Semi-dedicated, Cloud or even with a dedicated server depending on your requirements and budget.
