well its not so hard but you need a lot of money as you stated before Mentori.
You need servers firstly, buy cPanel and then you need a working staff so the visitors/members could rely on the hosting company.

I think if you do not work hard in any business you won't get success. You must work hard to achieve the goal. And yes one more clarification... you won't need to spend a lot of money to start a hosting business.. you can also start a business by simply purchasing any of the plans here

If you wish to start a web hosting company then I'd suggest you to start with a VPS hosting. On the VPS you will be able to create and resell shared as well as reseller hosting plans. Along with the shared and reseller you can resell our VPS and Dedicated Server hosting plans from your website. Once you start receving good amount of sign ups then you can move on to a Dedicated Server.

If you get good amount of dedicated server sign ups then you can consider IP subnet. We will register the IP subnet on your name or your company name. In the IP whois look up it will show your information, no one will be able to figure out that you are reselling our Dedicated Servers. We will use this IP subnet to setup all your dedicated servers and you can also move the existing shared servers under this IP subnet range. Servers with custom IP whois information are called as custom branded dedicated servers and it is mainly a concept designed for medium and large web hosting providers.

Once you guys reach to this stage then you would be mature enough to take the further steps. If not then please feel free to post here or pm me.

Note: Don't expect quick returns from web hosting business. It requires good temperament and a lot of patience, short-tempered people should quit.

Hey Mentori, do you mean that in some countries there are rules that one should work hard, he/she can earn just by keeping hand on hand. It is simply impossible. Please let us know which country has such rule?

No, man, i didn't say that, in much countries, when you open a hosting company, you must register the company in the court, but here in Kosovo, you don't have to pay for example 20% of earning to state like in italia, turkey, etc.

Yes, you will have to pay some amount to the Government if you register a company. However, if you are or planning to be a Hosting Reseller then it is not necessary to Register a company (It is suggested that you check the laws of your Country before you take a decision)

Certainly, it is quite difficult to open a hosting company but if you are quite motivated for it and you work hard for it then you will be able to get success in the hosting industry.

Definitely, hard work is key to success. However one more thing that is as important as hard work to start into this industry is patience. You shall not only work hard but also you shall be much patient as it would take months or years for you to achieve success in the hosting industry.

"Patience my Friend is a Virtue" is what you should remember when you step into the Hosting industry. You might have to wait for a long time to get success in this industry as the industry is growing rapidly and also the competition. Make sure, you will have to continue working Hard even after your company gets established as there are many more things still left when you think I have done it all
