WHM, Unable to login :(

Well.. I'm not usually one for asking for support

I can't login to WHM. Once i enter my root username and password the page just hangs. I can login from my friends PC who has a totally different ISP but not mine.

My ISP is BT and my IP is: 78.129.138.54

I haven't been with BT for a month yet, and it's already showing signs of unhappiness

Dan I'll request you to come on our live chat so that one of our support admin will be able to look in to it.

It looks like as you have changed ISP, so you have changed IP address and while your old IP may have been whitelisted your new one has tripped a firewall block.

They have attempted to look at it, My IP address is not contained in any of the tables.

I can however login through my friends PC and RDP which i feel that something is wrong with BT.

Just wondering if BT are port blocking or is there a setting on your router than needs to be changed?

I haven't had an issue as of yet, It's only started to occur within the last 3 days and I've had BT for over 2 weeks now.

They block every port unless allowed, and all the ones needed are allowed.
