Even imageshack has bandwidth limit, its 100 MB per hour bandwidth limit for each image. Almost all image hosting service provides an optional Paid service package too if you want more resources.
Google too have been providing free image hosting, it is named as "Picasa" : picasa.google.com .........Check it out. It has the provision of free image sharing. The upload speed too is pretty good. You can check its new features at : picasa.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=93773

Which hosts great quality images and they are mostly, if not all, royalty free
