Critical ticket response time, very slow

Webhosting.uk.com has by far the slowest response time out of any webhosting company iv ever used. It took 13 hours and 20 minutes for support to respond to my last critical ticket and i lost a lot of money through lost ad revenue. And today i opened a critical ticket about 4 hours ago and still have no reply, its very frustrating when other webhosts normally reply within a couple hours. All i can do is wait and hope i dont lose too much money
