Hi what does a fully managed server includes in server management?

It also includes server upgrades, server patches, routine security checks, helping with installing standard server applications, upgrading them. also, reboots. It is very important to have a managed server, you could end up with issues on the server without a managed service.

Server management includes latest security updates, routine virus and check of malicious content, also checking the partitions of the servers especially /tmp where most of the mailicious content is uploaded.

In short Server Management means that the Hosting provider takes care of all the server side issues. Incase you have any issues with the server, you just need to contact their system admins and they will get the issue resolved for you. This ensures that you don't need to worry about the issues and you can concentrate on your Business.

That's right...
Unfortunately not all webhosting service provider offers you with FREE Managed Hosting services rather they charge extra for providing you technical support.
Before you go with any host do check if your webhost provides you FREE support and is it round the clock ?

It is good to know that this company provides server management. I know of companies that only sell customers the servers and have no support once sales is done. It is very important for the hosting providers to assure their clients that they are providing a reliable service at all times.
