Hi,

Just want to check with admin's that my support ticket has been received as i have not received any replies, not even a 'ticket received' message.

Yes, we have received your ticket : QXZ-90696-996 and Adam Smith has replied to it as well.

Sorry for the delay in answering, Yes I got the emails eventually when i got back online and the issue has now been solved.
