Website hosted Outside of UK

Do you provide services for websites that are located outside of UK? I have a friend in the US who needs a web host for his new website. Is it alright if I recommend your services to him?

I'm also new to web hosting and I'm still learning how to run a website of my own.

In SEO point of view i would suggest your friend to host his website in US.

You are right. But with a few codes and tweaks it can by fully US targeted. And if he can get many US links, his site will be ranked in the US. IP is a factor for SEO but not very big.
