Never before have I felt the need to moan about the service as it's always reliable, but just recently it's become a daily routine to get on chat support to get the server restarted as everything is offline.

Today was no exception, and I was told today that admin are working on the server.

My issue is that if there is a server being worked on, then there should really be an announcement in the forums or on the homepage, that way we know without having to keep using the chat and taking up both us the customers and online support staffs time.

You have an announcement section, please use it !!!

Hi Pat,

Your account annis-domestics.co.uk is hosted on surrey.webhosting.uk.com server. The hardware configuration of the server was old which resulted in performance degradation and frequent server overload problems. So we planned to move all the accounts hosted on this server to a brand new server. The migration was scheduled on 29th Nov and we have notified all our clients well in advance. All the data has been successfully migrated onto the new server. There was no impact of this migration whatsoever onto the website performance of our clients.
