Exclamation No automated email after submitting a ticket

Sent a ticket in about you guys not charging me for cpanel, but never got the usual auto reply email. Hope you got the ticket, it shows when i log in to support.

Hi Dan

Yes checked junk and it's not there, just made me wonder if something was not working at webhosting end. Strangely no one has responded to the ticket either, but as it's just a billing ticket maybe these are just answered in office hours.

Our Billing dept works 24x7 as well.

Could you post the ticket ID here or email James with the exact email address you sent the email from?

These are the rarest cases as such when tickets go missing

The ticket was sent by logging in to the support section and submitting from there. Anyway support replied and seems everything is OK.
