Where is Webhosting UK?

There seems to be some confusion. Well I'm confused anyway, I'm reasonably sure the Web hosting UK employees know where they go to work but the about pages are not clear.

"Webhosting UK is run from our registered office located in London, UK.
...
Registered Office : SUITE 551, NUMBER 2 WELLINGTON PLACE, LEEDS, WEST YORKSHIRE, UNITED KINGDOM, LS1 4AP"

So where are you then? And how about the support guys? India perhaps?

Interested canines like to know these things.

If I recall correctly the offices were previously located in London.

Our developers changed office address, but they forgot to remove London office information.

Only me and Kerrie are currently located in the Leeds office. It will be expanded over the next year to include more staff members.

Ok, your servers are located in UK.

But why is my oldham server being located on India?

I got this location on websites like dnsstuff, ip-address, and others. The only one that have located 115.124.117.240 in Uk was the one provided by your chat support.

Hello,

Some websites determine a location by using the application country. For example, if someone in our India office requests new IPs for use in the UK, the initial request came from India, which is logged.

We don't have any hosting servers in India. The idea itself is quite ridiculous, since the telecommunications industry is at least a decade behind the UK, which would result in us having to charge you more than 10 times what we charge now.

Anyone who knows how to read a tarceroute or understand even the most basics of ping results will determine our servers are located in the UK.

The reason why I asked this is because I am pretty ignorant about ping results, but I am learning.
