Did WHUK get any further with their client, billing management software for reseller web hosting?
Last I heard you were still working on it. Is it dead and buried?

The billing software which we were planning to offer to all our resellers has been shelved for now. We will be thinking about continuing the development few years down the line.

Well considering WHUK uses whmcs.... located in a folder called whmcs (not something like clients or billing as most would expect)

They havnt even done basic customisation of whmcs (which is pretty easy to do and for whuk should be an important thing for their image to have a nice easy to use client area)

I would expect them to be providing a custom billing system any time soon.

But if they wanted to they could easily become resellers of whmcs or any of the others (clientexec etc) and sell the licenses for that...

Not sure why whuk doesnnt seem to do that :/ makes sense to me.

I was looking at whmcs reseller option yesterday and agree it could be an option for whuk.

I couldn't justify paying $15-$18 per month at the minute though, especially with the current exchange rate. All my customers so far as from word of mouth, but I would like to maybe have the option to promote hosting further afield.
I did write my own a couple of years ago, but not very good, although it does work, but as I have noticed no one really compares with whmcs and first impressions count.

Yes me too, it is good, but only worth it once you have a few resellers who will buy it off you.

Will definatly get it once i can tho.

Still wouldnt mind buying another webhost want to expand my client base a bit.
