Default How do I actually access what I paid for?

Ok i'm really new to this and have gone for windows web hosting starter plan and got a domain.

How do I actually go about accessing all of this?

When I log in on the site it just goes to this modern billing page which doesn't give me access to anything and also tells me my domain name can't be found.

I am probably missing something really obvious here and I apologise for this but could someone point it out to me as this is really annoying.

Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

Hi,

You need to change your nameservers on your domain to point towards the ones stated in your welcome email.

The following method:


Quote:
1) First login to your account.

2) Go to ‘My Domains’.

3) Select your domain and scroll down to ‘Name Servers’.
Here you can add or delete your name servers (use the ones in your welcome email [e.g ns1.uk-web-hosting.org + ns2.uk-web-hosting.org])

4) Press ‘Save Settings’ to save the changes.

Note: Please keep in mind that all Nameserver changes my take up to 48 hours to take effect.

I log on and go to my sites, then domains and then I select my domain. I get a message :

"There was an error accessing the requested Domain. If you need further assistance, Please
contact your Administrator."

There is also no nameservers option. I also have not recieved a welcome email with information about my nameservers yet. I have receieved a receipt that says I have paid for my hosting plan and domain though.

Any thoughts?

Your best bet would be to contact support via livechat on the main website, they should be able to help you more
