It's funny - my last ISP changed the way CPanel worked without any warning so that I could no longer see all my accounts this way.

When I complained he said it was the way Cpanel now worked and he couldn't change it

For my own purposes I like to be able to see all accounts like this but I can see how it could be a problem (but please don't change anything Admin )

I would hope they could. Being a mail admin is a postion of trust.

At work, we see all emails come in and go out on a monitor to the right, you can always disallow people access to cPanel if needed and just grant FTP access

its not strange, admin panel should have this type of access for some security purpose and to safe guard there companys policy
