I've been a customer of webhosting.uk.com for years.
Since December 07, I have been endlessly messed around. First I was billed for an account I don't own. Then, in response to me pointing this out, they transferred the account I DO own... to someone else. Then, to fix this... they deleted my account altogether. Now I have an account again and paid my £29.99 annual fee at the start of this month. Today I get billed for £29.99 again. I enquire and am told that this is good customer service, to tell me in advance of my MONTHLY fee of £29.99. ?????? This is getting beyond a joke. Anyone else going through this insanity? ![]() |

NOW they are saying that the invoice I paid on 2 Feb 08... was due in Feb 07! and I now owe for 2008!!! I have sent them my Paypal receipt, paid in Feb 07. This had better be sorted soon. Appalling. Very disappointed, and angry. |

Hello Rebecca, There was something wrong with your billing account as it was showing only one payment since setup of your account on 15th Feb 2006. I'm not sure where the other paid invoice disappeared. I've remove newly generated invoice to get this sorted. You can login and check status of your account.
