I just moved my main email account over to here and am getting a whole load of valid email directed to spam
i have an account level filter that is set to move anything with a spam score of 5 or more to spam@domain. On checking some of these emails I see that the X-Spam_score is 10 times the "score" as show below Is this a new thing or has it always been like this and most of my email has just been disappearing (it had been set to delete) since I moved here? X-Spam-Status: No, score=0.8 X-Spam-Score: 8 To put the question another way is the spam score of 5 in spam assassin based on score = .8 or on X-SPam-Score = 8 Cheers John |

Hello John, There is something wrong with your spamassassin configuration. I am afraid, but this can be sorted by our Support Team only. You will need to open a ticket from http://support.webhosting.uk.com
