How long will it take to setup my account and start uploading/running my website if my domain is already registered? Can my domain be transferred to your account?

If your domain is already registered, you can start running/uploading your site as soon as the nameservers are changed. Till then, however, you can access your site through this temporary URL :: "http://Ipaddress/~username"
For transfering your domain to our account, we will have to place a transfer initiate request to your earlier registrar. As soon as our request is accepted by that registrar and your domain is released, it will be transfered to our account.
