This is silly.

I am still missing some emails from yesterday, but the emails/order-backups which have been sent today are showing in the inbox if I check using Squirrel but not if I use Cube.

Hello Cassie,

Can you download your emails in outlook before I get someone to look into this ?

I am not sure why this should be happening but its always worth to save copy of emails in outlook rather than leaving them on server for long time.

I actually transfer them over to gmail when I have processed them every couple of months, which I had forgotten I had set up until Kev mentioned it. There are only about 2000 orders/emails in the webuk email account which are not taking up much space.

Why do you need me to empty the account before you check it? I can see the emails in both squirrel and horde but just not in cube.

I am using the other 2 programs at the moment - each one has its own merits but I would rather just use cube rather than having to check in both depending upon what I am doing with the orders at the time.
