Help!

I have got my invoice and it says my forum thebloodsforum.com is active but when i put it in my URL bar it says its not.

Please Help!

If you mean , you recieved an email and it says you have received you domain, and it doesnt load, It means that its in the process of getting online. So right now the domain name doesnt exist, it takes time to make. Just wait about 24 -72 hours for it to show up, then place in the nameserver and your all set

I think that might be it because i can log into my account on webhosting, then i tried it in the url bar and this is what it said: Server Failure: The name server was unable to process this query.

I don't think it's the reason dear SPAR , but you have to forward your domain name to your URL that called URL FORWARDING but you need to have control also over your DNS.

The DNS is where to say redirect DomainName IN IP
and there are several types and params of it: the CNAME,the SOAP Parameters, TXT NS...

So you need tell the support wher would you like to redirect your URL, and I think they would love to help you.

You have got your domain name transferred with us but you don't have any hosting package for your domain name. You will need to purchase hosting package to make your domain name work from our servers.
