Output of banner advertising on freely hosted websites is quite poor and people expect support no matter if they pay or don't pay. If we don't give support to those people then some ppl from those free hosting customers will spoil our name on web.
Its better to have less customers but they should be happy. I cannot explain how you feel when a customer opens a ticket for cancellation of his account bashing us in his cancellation ticket.

I see your point of view. One free hosted customer leaving a bad comment upon the hoster would deter many paying customers. Also, the thought of an abuse email referring to the administrators some what depressing. Thinking of this possibility is showing many flaws and I have realized it is not a good idea for a high service hoster.
