Default Reseller Hosting accounts

Just logged on to my whm control panel and all of my reseller hosting account have disappeared. Any idea where they may have gone?

Over 24 hours and no reply to my support request ( #GKR-88246-909) plus two pointless conversations on Messenger - could James or Admin please update me.

I have replied to your ticket.

Ken replied to your ticket and closed the ticket same time when your reply came in. That changed the status of ticket to closed even though your problem was not sorted.

Thanks. Have to say though that the service has hardly been outstanding.

I personally knew which accounts were owned by you so I could make out that they were under kjwood. Support staff would have found this quite difficult to relate kjwood and your other username.

Anyways, I've got nothing to say coz I really dont know how your accounts moved from one reseller to other reseller account though both are owned by you.

I have no idea how I've got two reseller accounts.

I assume I'm only being charged for one.

Again I'd make the point that there is a world of difference between someone saying 'I don't know I 'm looking into it.' and someone just ignoring your request, giving you completely inaccurate information or just closing your ticket.

Just logged in as kjwood and now I can see my accounts but not any packages - any ideas?

Thats what the confusion is. Packages are owned by other reseller account and client accounts are owned by kjwood. I will get this sorted for you but allow me some time to do so as it needs to be done manually.

I'm confused by this two accounts thing as well - can I assume this relates to accounts on the system and not billing accounts?

Nothing to do with billing. Probably the additional account got created in some confusion long time back but came to our notice now. You wont need to pay anything extra as this is some misconfiguration on the server and not in the billing.
