domain transfer please

hi, i emailed your customer support and got a reply, i replied straight away however i havn't received a reply in the past 7 days, i was wondering if someone could help. im trying to transfer my domain to a different registrar however no one from webhistinguk.com will confirm they have changed the tag i requested, or that they have infact received my email, i have sent several more in the past week none of which have received a reply. im trying to transfer super-ted.co.uk from the tag "ENOM" to "SCHLUND". if you have initiated this last week when i first of all emailed you i apologise however a reply would have been nice

the original ticket number was [ #AMX-89324-355]

the ticket also raised a billing query over some account credit which will need to be refunded properly now i am leaving webhosting.uk.com.

you have successfully removed my hosting plan so you are unable to email me using the email address you have on file, however i can be emailed using

We apologize for the delay in responding to your queries. As you have requested for the IPS tag change for the domain name super-ted.co.uk and the domain is at present registered with our enom account. And Enom doesn`t supports direct change of IPS tag . We have placed a ticket to enom support with a request to change the IPS tag from ENOM to SCHLUND. As soon as we get a reply from Enom we will surely update you with this in the ticket itself.
