Problem with the new chat software ?

well i'm glad you got it to work because I haven't.

When I was looking for web hosting the chat worked and it was one of the reasons I decided to move here. For ages it hasn't worked for me so instead of asking simple questions on chat I have been on here or opening tickets - I think support is getting fed up with all the questions I ask.

They keep saying chat is working or I should change my browser from ie7. It used to work fine - bring back the old system or at least give us a choice or better still, make the new system work for all of us.

BTW - support keeps saying the chat has not changed in months - it has changed at least 3 times since I have been here.

We have 24x7 MSN support as well so you can message one of our staff members on MSN or AIM. Our livechat software seems to give some problem with IE7 and Windows Vista but we are getting those sorted. We are getting this chat software developed for our requirements so we cannot switch to some other chat software as of now.

Haven't got a clue what MSN or AIM is

If it helps I am XP and IE7 will all updates and SP2.

I know I have quite a few things that are a problem at the moment - in cpanel email filters I am getting the dreaded yellow triangle at the bottom of the browser and my filters keep resetting to "from" instead of "body" - supports solution - talk to live chat !!

Your live chat doesn't work in Safari on a mac..

Firefox was ok, but the billing people on the other end are either having problems, or not talking..

I think the chat might have got disconnected please try again and let us know if the problem still persist.
