I would prefer it if you can make sure that it loads on low bandwidth

Keep the total page weight to under 15Kb.

Back in the day, when we all had dial-up connections then keeping your page weight as low as possible was a key skill for Web devs.

With all the fancy-shmancy broadband connections you kids don't know you're born.

Don't want to get into the sexist crap again but just wondered if you would like to re-word the live chat bit. If I just happened on this site and saw a picture of a pretty woman (or man) saying "24/7 Online Live Chat" I would probably think it was a sex site not technical support.

Any chance of getting a link to the main site page on the forum header like there used to be. I am using Hexcell Fluid from the style chooser. The only link using that style is at the bottom of the page and is not all on the page - all I can see is "sting UK" and most of that is out of the background box.

Just tried Hexell Fixed and the header looks really crap - it all runs into each other and the text disappears behind the logos

Default seems to be ok but is just the old orange logo - don't like the layout but might keep it on that just to get a link at the top.

Nope - can't keep it on default - the text is too small for my old eyes.

I've used Dial Up connection when I was 8, £29.99 from AOL
Now you can get 40x faster, for that price aswell as a free laptop.

AOL are the most overpriced company ever. I use them but I'm looking to switch soon. Only if WHUK did broadband

Yes, that's true.
