Also 1TB bandwith, looks like you are overselling unless you are unmetered?

we have 2TB (2000GB) of bandwidth anyway Not many people would use 1TB of bandwidth anyway Plus many people have come up to me saying that they love the design, its unique.

you need to get rid of that pink color and also remove image of that kid from your homepage. Customers need a reliable hosting company to host their websites and they wont trust your business to host their important websites with first glimpse of your homepage.

Make it professional. You are a good designer as quality of artwork you have done is really good but you are clearly disclosing your age with the kind of design you have made.

Please take it positively as I am just trying to help you to establish your Business.

You need to describe some more features which are offered with your hosting plans, just specifying diskspace, bandwidth is not sufficient, also what comes under "Unlimited Features" ?

Regarding design : it's not with your business theme

FWIW I like the fact that you've tried to do something different with the design. Personally I think that a lot of corporate sites mistake bland and boring for clean and professional. I'm not overly fond of the 'kid' graphic - the idea is good its just that particular graphic that doesn't sit well with me.

Its fair criticism to question the viability of your services when you offer very few details and you don't seem to put a lot of effort into building customer confidence. You have a typo on your about page and you can't say your a revolution in the hosting business because you are customer-focused and reliable, every reseller and their dog will say exactly the same thing. Also when you go to the signup pages they don't have the same look and feel as the rest of the site. And your code could do with a bit of a tidy up

Having been in the market for a new host recently I can say that if I'd come across your site during my search I would have skipped over it immediately just because of the look.
Now, having seen it and read all that you have to say, I find that my first impression was correct, 'Mickey Mouse' is the first thing that comes to mind.

In my experience, 'You get what you pay for!' is still valid. Webhosting for £12.00 a year tells me I'm not buying very much at all.

I'm sorry I have nothing positive to say about your site but I do wish you the best of luck in your endeavours.

Many thanks to you all for your responses. Mostly, it's the design that needs work. I will be reviewing the site and taking all your comments on board. In response to scottie2212's comment 'You get what you pay for!', LiteHosts offers webhosting at that price because we wish to offer reasonable packages at low prices. As it says on our 'About Us' page, our promise is to price-match or better our competitors. In response to harry's comments, we will be editing our site and have one page per package. Also we will be editing our billing design to blend with the rest of the site.
