Images on your site seems to be dull ( blured banner )also placement of images is not so impressive within your page.
You should also redesign your logo with clear text in it.

I would dump the hit counter but otherwise I would worry less about the look of the site and more about how I was going to generate traffic. Why not offer the first lesson in each section for free and present it in HTML not pdf. That should give you lots of nice content that can be indexed by Google.

More generally I'd say that your ads seem to dominate each of the pages rather than your content. Why not try non-graphical ads or if that's not possible then increase the size of your body content and move the ads further away from it so that the first thing that grabs peoples attention is your copy.

You could include a bit more information about yourself as well - try telling people what a great trainer you are and how much experience you have.

BTW what made you post on this forum? Are you a Webhosting.uk.com customer?

Yep I'd dump the hit counter too. It tells your customers nothing of any interest.

The front page is fixed to the left but the others are centred (on my firefox at least).

The graphics look a bit flat and uninteresting. You have '3d' icons across the top (which look clickable but aren't) and then under than you just have flat plain blue boxes. The two don't really go together.

I would also ditch the guy who is looking up with his arms crossed. I keep seeing him is various places for some reason...or someone who looks like him with the same stance

I would give it 4/10. Not enough information to persuade a person to order it. Does not look professional and bad combination of pictures

Don't sweat the criticism it takes time to get things right. And don't worry about asking questions on the forum.
